PLANIAN offers a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy for all digital purchases made through our platform.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
You may request a full refund for any digital purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. This applies to all product types, including:
- In-app item packs and consumables
- Premium passes and one-time upgrades
- SaaS subscription payments
- Any other digital goods purchased through Paddle
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for subscription payments follow the same 14-day policy above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can either:

- Request directly through Paddle's buyer support portal
Please include your purchase receipt or order number for faster processing.
Processing
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
