Intellectual Property
PLANIAN trademarks, UI assets, product copy, and code remain the property of PLANIAN or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Service Availability
We aim for stable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued as part of regular product evolution.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLANIAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Digital Purchases and Payments
Certain products may offer optional in-app purchases, including consumable virtual items, premium subscriptions, and cosmetic enhancements. All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of sale.
Digital items have no cash value and are non-transferable. PLANIAN reserves the right to modify item availability and pricing with reasonable notice.
